Sharon and Brandon are back for a "solo" episode just like old times. They thought it might be a good time to do a summary & overview of the main topics discussed on the show. Having come up with a Top 10 list of the main tenets they discuss, they decided to break each of them down. Not anticipating they'd need two episodes, this episode ends a bit abruptly. In this Part 1, they cover the first four tenets: Be here now, The world is perfect, Do it till you're done, and Fear is the mind killer.
